Can I use IELTS to substitute my DSE English score in JUPAS?

For JUPAS local applications, you generally MUST meet the DSE English requirement (Level 3 or 4). IELTS is treated as supplementary information and cannot replace the core DSE English requirement, except for non-JUPAS applicants.
